I’m trying to create search folders in Outlook Business Contact Manager (2007). In the New Search Folder dialog box, I choose “Business Contacts as the item type, and then when I click on the filter box, I get that boing sound and an error message saying “Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again.” I’m using BCM in standalone mode; there is no server involved. What is going on?
