IE reverting to proxy when out of office
My bosses laptop, when in the office goes through our Winproxy. but when he’s home he usually connects to the net and gets his stuff. There are no policies on the network concerning the proxy IP. but his IEis still searching for the proxy server, even though he’s connected, and the “use proxy server” box is unchecked. I’ve went to the registry entries and deleted the Proxyserver key, and changed the proxy enabled key to ‘0’, but it prefers to change itself back.
anyone have any suggestions?
can’t jam a policy on it. he needs to be able to switch back and forth.
