I have bought a second HD drive I am now trying to install the second Hard Drive and am facing a very strange situation. I dont have a second Hard Drive bay to place the drive in.
I see extra SATA data and power cables connected to my motherboard. I see those in my motherboard. But I dont know where to place the second internal drive. It seems like HP has only 1 drive bay for the original Hard Drive. They have another bay for a USB Personal Media Drive which is taking up all the space. Is there any other option that I can try here to install the second HD.
I heard about Mobile Hard Drive Racks and Trays. Shall I buy one of those if I dont have a second Hard Drive Bay?
Will I get same performance using mobile racks. Please help.
