After I replace my Second harddisc SATA 250G (NTFS format)
When I put the Computer on Stand-by and turn it on again,the computer “WindowsXP Pro” doesnt recognise the second new Harddisc,
I just dont see it in manage Screen,or in my computer.
My first IDE Hdisc is Fat32 format
Why I must always to restart ? to let the second disk to appear again
