secure ftp in server2003

already ftp configured in server2003 with port 21 and want to add another ftp with port 22 in the same server

You'll probably need some 3rd party software

A quick visit to Google ("how configure sftp server 2003") told me that it seems this OS doesn't have SFTP support natively.

But a solution doesn't need to cost money.

One example:

Unless you already have a server certificate (SSL certificate), you'll need one. You can buy one, get one for free or use a self-signed certificate.

Edit: Changed to a better starting point for openssh.
