Secured Linux Administration

i just want to know how can i manage/admin remotely my linux server.

ssh? telnet? etc.?

other recommended secured tools?

I would recommend webmin ( go to at your own peril).

Webmin is a web based "all in one" admin tool. It is quite nice and can be used over SSL.

You can check my blog for how to do some admin stuff in Webmin.

webmin, which is probably included with your distro.
or ssh.
those are the two I would recommend.

In general only use protocols that have
encrypted links over the internet.
(https/ssh) or other protocols through
ssl or ipsec tunnels (VPN).

I don't know your distro, if you are fairly new
to linux you might want to look into
clark-connect. It's main feature is being wholy
webbased managed.
