A Possible Solution- Not for ONE but ALL!
I have had dealings with quite a few ISPs during the 90s. I know of their selling techniques and styles of a few. I have in the past worked
principally with PSINet. In the mid 90s, my research and continual monitoring showed that PSINet was the only ISP to truly hold a worldwide
Internet backbone infrastructure.
That true security can be achieved by improving on IP security via ‘genetic algorithms’ for cryptography. From the clearinghouse to the
banks, wholesale and retail businesses to be part of a single secured IP network. End users can use an improved VPN security.
Who would not be prepared to offer such a complete solution? Otherwise, I gladly present myself so as to maintain business integrity that
will drive prosperity.
