Securing XP

I am working on some Xp clients in my company and happen to enable File and Printer sharing. So, there are around 50 pcs out in the file with that option enabled. I have been looking for a registry key to disablethis and have not been successfull. Does anyone know any way to do this without visiting the clients pcs. I will really appreciate it.
Thanks
