In monitoring our network a stranger tried to tap in via the wireless router.
I was able to capture an IP address and MAC Address.
Is there a way to track down the computer with this information?

From your WiFi Access Point not from the computer receiving the data.

If your WiFi isn't locked down tightly this will be a common event and could even be something as simple as your WiFi signal is stronger than a neighbours WiFi so the WiFi enabled computer is locking onto your WiFi and not the other persons/Business WiFi Access point.

However it could be a direct attack on your LAN to steal data or your ISP access and download illegal material that the owner of that ISP Connection would then be responsible for.
