Dear Tech Republic: Whenever I log onto any Internet page a box opens that says “security alert” inside that box it says “the security has expired or is not yet valid” first of all what are they talking about, and second how do I make this securitycertification valid, so I can navigate without this box opening, can you help me, thank you.
