I have been granted a secret( with CI polygraph) Security clearance by OPM. My company want me to take another job with another Agency, it requires Top Secret SCI with lifestyle polygraph and they are ready to go ahead and apply for one for me. I was wondering, if I get denied top secret clearance, does it mean that I will lose my secret clearance?
