Security for Outlook Express

By sidvail ·
Is there a way to secure Outlook express so that the inbox, etc. is not available to anyone but the person it's assigned to? I have a public machine that I had to place an email account on for one of my employees. Unfortunately, anyone who gets on the computer can look at her existing messages. (not download new ones) Can I block this?

Security for Outlook Express

Assign a password to the users email identity.

To do so go to in Outlook Express:

Choose file, indentities, manage indentities, highlight the user and select properties. Then select requires a password then complete the steps. The password will protect the identity from most users and will not allow any changes to be made in Manage Identities.

Hope this resolves the issue.
