Security in Win XP on NTFS files system

Hello!

Win 2000 (prof) provides security options in NTFS File systems.When we right click and take properties of files/folders or drive (in NTFS), there is tab “security”, where we can allow and deny permissions to users.
Win XP (prof) doesn’t provide such options.

My question is how can i grant and revoke permissions to users in Win XP (PROF)?
or which version of XP provides such security options?
