i have heard that there are utilties in the market that can even restore files form a damaged hard drive or even a formated hard drive. I would like to have a very secure file destroying and also while formating the hard drive how can i fomrat the hard drive that the hard drive is like a new hard drive which is from the factory as i knw there is always some static in the hard drive which contains the past information. how can i eliminate this kindly help and specificaly i use the window based systems all window based system.
