Security on the Form

Hay!

I need help with securing the form.
I had made a simple Access database and is shared(on our network). I have two forms based on one table. Fisrt will be used by one user(just this user) and the second form will be used by users who will only had permission to find some record.
On this second form I try to make some controls and with VB but I didnt succsed.
Can anyone from you help me how I can make throw VB or something else the security on this form?
