Security policy cannot be propagated.

Q: I’ve 2 PDC, my 35 stations are registered on Domain A and users accounts and profiles are on Domain B
my Group securities are not propagating the Error is:

“Security policy cannot be propagated. Cannot access the template. Error code = 3.\\students.aptech.net\sysvol\students.aptech.net\Policies\{3 1B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\Machine\Microsoft\Windo ws NT\SecEdit\GptTmpl.inf.”

Answer 1:

Is Domain B a subdomain of A? Is Domain B allowed to access Domain A? Are you using Active Directory? if so, have you allowed Domains & Trusts security policy and sites and services security policies to trust domain B?

Q: Yes Domain B’ve Child Trusts Relation wed Domain A. And I’m also using ADC. How can I make accessable B to A?
