I am working as a Security Consultant to a large call center. The security policy has been framed and is being implemented. Among the securiyt products it has firewall, IDS and Anti-virus.
Now, I need to create a security roadmap for the organization for the coming 1 year. I need to create a strategy and plan related to security in terms of implementation plan, resources required, skills reqd. and most important how to meet International standards in terms of security as expected by the organizations clients. What is the big picture on security that I need to give and then on how to implement the same. It is like giving the client a business plan so that they can also be ready with their resources.
Pls suggest.
