We have about 100 users 40 of which have internet access. We run a workgroup enviorment. In which we take away File from the Menu Bar, to keep malicious browsing or befuddled attempts to find some type of information to a minimum. The problem arose the other day when a trusted individual was almost given the right to have File on his IE so he might be able to print a selection of the page. However before it happened we decided not to proceed with this path.
So the question becomes how can we give this individual the right to print selections of a web page, instead of the whole page, without giving him the File drop down menu?
