Self built PC not Working

Recently, I organized the wires in my self built pc. I pulled some wires out and put them back in the same place. However, when I went to turn the pc on, it showed no signal on the monitor, the case lights and cpu fan lights were on, the gpu and ram lights were not on event hough the gpu was spinning.

Here are the specs:

Ryzen 7 2700x

B450 aorus elite

Corsair Vengeance RGB pro (2x8gb)

Thermaltake v200 RGB
