Means no mail servers are available to receive the message.

From command prompt;

nslookup
set type=mx
abcd.com

Will give you a list of mail host addresses for the domain. Message suggests they are either unreachable or not listening for mail traffic.

When I type set type=mx

by muyjr In reply to Means no mail servers are ...

it returns:

abcd.com

Primary name server = xyz.com
responsible mail addr = namehost.xyz.com
serial = 10000000
refresh = 10800 hours>
retry = 3600 <1 hour>
expire = 604800 <7days>
default TTl = 3600 <1 hour>
