As some of you guys suggested to use MS outlook instead of outlook express, here I am and being new to it I have some questions.
User in our network is using outlook express and it has folders like “send item” this way user can keep track of to whom they send email and when I look at ms outlook I didn’t find send folder. I am sure user will say they need to have send folder, I was wondering if there is something like that and that works as send folder in outlook express?
I was also wondering if there is way to save archeive(backup email) outomatically in different name. e.g. I set up email to back up if it is older than six month now I want to back them as different file. say 1st backup will be o6-2000 and next one will be 12-2000 and so on….)
