I have a problem that I can’t seem to figure out. First some background. I have Windows Server 2003 Enterprise (DC) and Exchange Server 2003 on the same machine.
I work in a small company that is affilated with a large university. We all use our university email addresses as our primary emails.
When not in the office users would like to login to the University webpage to check their email.
The problem is when we send emails to eachother, Exchange checks Active Directory and delivers our email directly into our Mailbox without sending it out to the university.
Is there a way to have Exchange ignore AD and send ALL email with @university to the university even though our @university email is primary in AD?
It works if I delete my @university email from AD but then my return address will be different and we can’t have that. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
