Send on behalf of

I have an assistant whom I setup as a delegate in outlook 2007 running xp pro on exchange 2003. Whenever she sends an email for the person I set her up for, it "sends as" and not "on behalf of". Even if I take the assistant off the other persons local machine as a delegate, she can still send emails "send as". I'm guessing there must be a setting on exchanges active directory that is over-riding the local machine. I would appreciate any help.
