Send to Notes5 from MS Word 97
Hi. In Word 97, the Send To command (File Menu),and Merge option to electronic mail (Mail Merge) are not available to use with Lotus Notes 5.0.
Office was installed first, then Notes.
The operating system is NT 4.0 and Windows Professional. The ‘enable MS OFfice 97 send to Notes’ option has been checked in Lotus Notes and I have tried to reinstall word with all options. Have checked Microsoft knowledge base (Q145868, Q97095) but problem is still there.
Anything I should be doing?? Any help will be greatly appreciated. nb: upgrading to Office 2000 is not an option.
