Sending bulk e-mails

By singhjunk ·
We have a directory under
Exchage\imcdata\Pickup in which there are 900
e-mails which I would like to send. These e-mails are generated by a batchfile when somebody's order is shipped to them. Normally it used to work fine but suddenly I saw a bunch of them their in this folder. Is there anyway that I can send these e-mails by doing something which is much easier rather then copy the contents of e-mail and then lookup for customers address and then sending it.

I appericate your ideas and help.

Thanks

Sending bulk e-mails

I don't know the answer for sure, but my thought is that there are a couple of queue directories under exchsrvr\imcdata (in, out, pickup and work) so I'm wondering if you copied them into the \out directory and then went to the Internet Mail Serviceproperties page, Queues tab and flushed the queues?

Assuming your Internet mail is now moving properly, that might work and I don't see any risk to trying as long as you copy the e-mails and leave the originals where they are.
