I have an Outlook 2000 user where not all the time but sometimes when she sends a message to anyone (no partciular person/s) she gets the message in her inbox instead of her sent items. I have confirmed she is not “replying to all” as this sometimeshappens and have also checked any rules + I have recreated her profile..
