I have a user who’s computer doesn’t deposit the sent items in the sent folder anymore. It was at one time, but isn’t now. I have gone under tools-options & made sure that the checkbox is marked to save sent items in the sent folder. I have re-setup her Outlook profile. User was also due for upgrade to Office 2000 & this didn’t resolve the issue either. Does anyone have any suggestions?
