If our company is dropping LLC from our name, and I change our website to reflect this, what affect if any would that have on our search results? We don't have any paid search, just native search. Would this affect how we come up in different search engines right now?

Search engine statistics has grown to be a science of its own, so it is a bit hard to cover all aspects. Your ranking will change, for the following reasons:
- the new name is unknown for now, unless there is a space between the LCC and the name, so searches on the new name will be new to the search engines (SE);
- if the domain name is changed as well, then the links from other sites will become invalid. Linking is relevant to SE stats;
- the pages will need to be re-indexed to reflect the new name properly in the SE.

If by "change the website" you mean that you are changing your url, then you're looking at what will be a defacto new site, so you'll be starting from square one again. If you just mean that you are changing the name displayed on the page, or some other changes that do not involve a new url, you should be ok, provided that you're optimized for the correct keywords.
