Serial Mouse Hang!

My serial mouse suddenly hang and cannot move at all when restarting my win95/98!!!

In order to make it work, i used keyboard to refresh my System applet and refresh the mouse device and let system to auto detect and reistall its system file again.

It works…! But when i restart my pc the device will be hanging and no respond again.

Any idea how to solve this without having to reinstall my windows?
