I am using windows XP as a file share server and a web share server. we currently share documents (the same ones) via web and via network neigborhood, whcih lead to clocked files. We are using the router for DHCP ( can not change that). What are the implications of using server 2003 to replace that XP based server. Can we still have the same functionality under server 2003 without using its DNS services and DHCP
