Server 2003

I’m a Peace Corps Volunteer working at a community telcenter in Uganda. We just got a donation of a HP Proliant ML330 running server 2003. I want to change our current network (workgroup with one computer acting as a server) to a true domain, where people log into accounts on the server and have their own dedicated space. I am just a beginner at this and am running into major headaches trying to get things moving. I wanted to know if there are any basic tutorials online on how to achieve this or if someone can give the basic nuts and bolts on server setup. Thanks.
