I am getting the following error at 11:45pm every night which is causing our Windows Server 2003 to crash and the only thing that will fix it is a reboot in the morning. I have installed service pack 2 again and all patches. It just started happening this past Sunday with the time change and it seems it has something to do with the shadow copy. Here is the error:
