server clock is not synchronized

By choy.waigiat ·
I'm using Windows XP Professional. When I double click on a computer name in My Network Places, an error says "This server's clock is not synchronized with the primary domain controller's clock".

Please advise

thanks and regards,

The workstation is not synchronizing time with the PDC. Run the command on the workstation:

net stop w32time

net start w32time

Basic operation of the W32time service is contained here:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;224799

And here is a good article on configuring the service:
