Server Keeps on restarting

Its an intel motherboard S5000spl model and this mornig it keeps on restarting and gives error message BCCode : 44 BCP1 : 89054E48 BCP2 : 00001C13 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_2_3790 SP : 2_0 Product : 272_2

memtest

Try running a memtest and see what the results are.

Is there a common action that seems to cause the restart?

Also change the PS with a known good one

And see if that helps any.

Quite often with a lot of the cheaper PS's the Capacitors can get weak and give problems like this.

Can the server start in safe mode? If so, use safe mode to go in and turn off the "automatically reboot" on error function. Restart the computer in normal mode, and when it fails you should see a "blue screen of death" error message. It will have and error code, something like "STOP 0x0000007F (UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP)" or similar. Note the error code (and the four parameters that follow it) and post them here and/or do a google search for the error code.

Having said that, it seems likely this is a hardware-related issue, such as bad RAM.
