This is for testing conectivity in a new lan before we move the servers over . Does anyone know if a laptop (Compaq Armada 7400)
is capable of acting as a server.Where I’m at now I cant find any (*.lan) drivers for the 3Com Lan/Modem card that is in the laptop.Dont even know if the laptop architecture will support this either. It’s just that it would be easier to use a laptop rather than lugging a pc,monitor,keyboard,mouse,etc. to the site,cant leave the setup there,have to break it down each night when we leave.
