server ports for firewall deployment

as we are going to deploy firewall modules and asa

we are having 80 servers with diffrent appliation running these server are now going to be placed behind the firewall so i want to open the specific port for the application on the firewall and want to now which source is accessing which destination on which ports

so is there any software to find these in detail so that i can complete my firewall project
