Server Service is not running

Dear all

I am having windows nt workstation in my network. But server service is not running in that machine. i tried to start from control panel. But it’s saying “not enough server storage is available” i removed Ecard,protocol,Service and re-installed everything. Again same vain. Machine is having 64MB Ram. My initial pagefile size is 72MB, maximum size is 192. Still i am unable to start server service. kindly help me..
