Server service won't start

By rmccabe ·
I installed NT4 Server SP5. On startup, I get the message that a service did not start. Event viewer has the following:

"Not enough server storage is available to process this command." the event ID is 7001.

If I try to start the srever service manually, I get the same message preceeded by Error 1130.

Any suggestions?

Some possibilities:

http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q151/4/27.asp
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/192247.htm
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q126/4/01.asp

Should be no spaces in the above urls.

Re-apply the service pack. That has always done the trick for me.
