I am currently looking for an effective service management software solution to assist in improving our quality of service. This package should be able to combine the results of all of our systems KPI’s or metrics as based on our SLA and present effective reports, including exception reporting where required.
It should be able to tell where we are meeting the SLA, and where we aren’t, and undertake to trend anaylsis for us.
I have started looking at product called iView from opticom so Iam interested if anyone has any thoughts on that product or any other product that might suit.
