Service Pack 3

Does anybody have a scheduled date for the release of Windows 2000 SP3? I’m really looking for a specific date of release so that I can plan certain projects that’ll require the SP. I would appreciate substantiated dates (weblinks would be great!)as it is hard to award points to a rumor. Thanks all.
