Service Pack

By mwc ·
Hi,

I receiving Dr. Watson error when I launch Internet Explorer and the McAffee netshield Console on my Exchange server. I want to debug the Dr. Watson but it requires I install Watson symbol support for debugging. It matters whether you're running the 40 bit SP5 or the 128 bit. I know I have SP5, How do I tell whether its 40 bit or 128 bit? 150 points

If you use help -> about internet explorer, it will tell you in the second line of info which you are using. If it is only 40-bit, it will provide an upgrade path to Microsoft.

Hope this helps...

I am talking about SP5, whether the SP is 40 or 128 bit. Internet Explorer won't even open because of the Dr. Watson!
