Service Profile Damaged

I have an E-Machine
400 MHZ
32MB ram
4.3GB
3D AGP Graghics
Windows 98se

The system boots ok,except for this message:

The Service Profile is Damaged
Re-install the Service Profile

What do I need to do, I can’t seem to find any information on the Service Profile anywhere?
Is it on the Restore Disk somewhere?
