I would appreciate tremondously if anyone could assist to point-to or to share some fast implementation infomation on PREPARING SERVICE REPORT FORM/DATABASE and TO MAINTAIN ACTIVITY LOG.
More precisely, to:
1. prepare Service Report Form / Database, which would also include obtaining client/end-user acknowledgement for services rendered.
2. File service reports / activity logs.
3. Other relevant must-include/have information which is practically required.
