set default account when forward e-mail

My company use one PC to handle Purchase Order (PO) sent by the customers. When PO come, the computer will automatically forward (using Rule feature in MS Outlook) the PO to the branch offices so they can deliver the ordered products to the customers. The PC which handle PO have 2 e-mail accounts in its MS Outlook (2003), one use POP3 and the other one use MS Exchange Server. The POP3 account is used to received e-mail from customers, while the Exchange Server account is used to send e-mail to the branch offices. Problem exist when Outlook try to run the Rule by which the incoming PO are forwarded to the branch offices. Although the default account is set to the Exchange Server account, Outlook automatically use the POP3 account to forward the PO, so the forward process can’t be performed. What should I do to solve this problem? Thank you
