Set outlook new post for selected printer

We have gfi faxmaker. In its manual it says

requires that your administrator has configured the Outlook New Message form to appear automatically after printing to the FAXmaker printer driver

What i want is when the user selects faxmaker to print document it’ll add the document to outlook as pdf document and after giving fax number i’ll send it.

This system works for our old accounts. What must i do when i create new users to make this happen?
* I add the new users to licenced user in gfi configuration.
