seting up win2000 server

I am running win2000 server. and for the client win98. I am playing half-life:counter-strike dedicated server. I have 2 dedicated server for it. My network covered 51 client.And the specification are:
P.III 800 mhz
256 RAM
VIA chipset for mobo
Cnet ethernet card.
3 HUB 24 PORT
The question I want to pose are :
1.Is there any tips that I should know ?
2. Is it okay to run win2000 server with win98 client and covered 51 client ?
3. I’ve tried to install one and it worked fine but when Iran counter strike dedicated server, my server gone very long to run dedicated server for counter strike(counter strike is LAN and internet game). Do you have any idea ?
