Setting Content Advisor in IE 5.5

We have 4 stand-alone PC’s running Windows 2000 Pro. I have them connected to the Internet via a cable modem. The problem is that when I block web sites (i.e. porn) through the content advisor, it blocks the site, until you close the window. When you launch IE it disables the content advisor. any suggestions? What I want to do is block specific websites.
