I’m in the process of setting up a payroll service centre. I’ve just started researching the different call logging systems out there and can find a lot on IT helpdesk systems, however not much on payroll helpdesk.
What I mean by payroll isn’t an actual ‘payment’ system, but a call loggnig tool with more payroll specific fields rahter than IT fields.
One system I did see is Hornbill Supportworks, however this is a UK based company and we really need something in Australia.
Any ideas?
