Does anyone have any advice on the best (cheap) way to set up a relatively customized weblog that will display photographs? I’m looking for it to be hosted on my own URL, so Blogger does not seem like a viable option. I don’t need a lot of other bells or whistles, but would like to be able to customize the look and feel.
