I wish to set up two hard drives, a CDRom and a CD-R/RW on my system. Which is the ideal combination of Primary/Secondary IDE’s and master/slave?
I have an ASUS CUSL2 MB (ATA100 capable), 2x ATA66 20 Gig HDD (7200 rpm), 48x CDROM, Ricoh 6x4x24x CDR/RW.
I may be changing one of these HDD to a larger 40+ Gig ATA100 drive. Would this alter the configuration?
